Have you heard that Sylvie Silver will be retiring this year? Sylvie has been at the helm of NAPA for 15 years and will be leaving at the end of September to enjoy a more leisurely lifestyle and some overseas travel. Sylvie will continue to support NAPA at every opportunity and you may even see her running training days occasionally. The Trustees are keen to recruit the right person to take NAPA forward so we’d ask for your help in circulating this advert to your networks.

 

 

We are recruiting on behalf of NAPA – National Activity Providers Association.

This small charity has a fantastic reputation, having successfully raised the profile of their profession whilst providing innovative training and support to nearly 3000 members.

 

They are currently recruiting a new Executive Director to lead this ambitious team.

 

Managing a team of five, you will have over-arching responsibility for a number of areas including operations, policy, governance, finance and strategy.

You will fast become the new face of the organisation, working externally to network with key stakeholders, promoting and lobbying across the care sector and neighbouring sectors.

 

Reporting directly to the Board of Trustees, you will help the charity achieve its strategic aims, whilst providing effective leadership to the team.

It is essential that you are commercially minded and a natural leader with a strong understanding of the care sector.

 

This is a part time role, with an option to work three or four days per week and predominantly working from home.
